This 50 ft drinking water hose is designed for a variety of fresh water supply needs on a boat or an RV. Made according to the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Act and California's standards for phthalate-free products, it doesn't add chemical odors or tastes to water. However, for the best results, we recommend that you rinse the inside of the hose with 2 to 3 gal of drinking water before the first use. The functionality of this 50 ft RV water hose is not limited to the drinking water supply, you can use it for a variety of other purposes when you are on a road or boat trip. The hose is built with quality compound material that has high flexibility and durability and it is more lightweight as compared to many other similar 50 ft.
