Delivery Policy
- Pine Island Lumber offers a next day local delivery service for in-stock items. The timing of your delivery is determined by the “24-hour rule”, meaning you can generally expect the order to be delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be considered the next business day.
- The customer must provide a valid delivery address and up-to-date contact information at the time of checkout. Failure to provide adequate information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation
- If the delivery of an order is refused or we are unable to deliver the goods due to inappropriate delivery instructions, you shall pay us any additional costs incurred by us.
- If goods are returned for a refund, they may be subjected to a restocking charge depending on a number of conditions…Such as the nature of the goods, quantity, weight, volume, condition and location.
- Non-stocked items will not be refunded.
- The buyer must ensure that the delivery site has reasonable access. If the delivery must be aborted due to poor access, the buyer will be responsible for any addition costs for re-delivery.
- Customers will be required to sign a 'Proof of Delivery' acknowledging safe receipt of items & packages at the time of delivery. Once you have signed for and accepted the delivery, Pine Island Lumber will no longer be liable for the items.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are determined by zip code and will auto-populate when delivery is selected during check-out.
- Deliveries outside our local area can be arranged. Please call us at 507.356.8324 for pricing and availability.
- Our delivery trucks cannot travel outside of the Minnesota border, but again, please call us to make arrangements via an out-sourced carrier.
