The Hamilton Beach® Durathon® ceramic skillet has 180 sq-in of non-stick cooking surface so you can saute, stir fry, simmer or braise family meals in one pan. There's no need to dirty a second pan. The skillet is ideal for cooking everything from hearty breakfasts and dinners to keeping appetizers warm on the buffet while entertaining. The non-stick ceramic cooking surface is four times more durable than traditional nonstick, won't crack or peel and is PTFE and PFOA-free. The 12 x 15 in skillet lifts off the base, so you can serve straight from the pan at the table. The skillet's convenient reversible design lets you use the cord on either side, so there's no need to worry about the layout of your kitchen or the distance to an outlet. For versatile cooking, the Hamilton Beach® Durathon® ceramic skillet has adjustable temperatures from 200 to 400 deg F. As your food cooks, the glass lid allows you to keep an eye on your food while keeping heat locked in. After the meal, simply remove the cord and the skillet, glass lid and base all go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
